It'll also encourage people to fight it out instead of not doing if killing = health + ammo.

I didn't enable ramps as I thought the buildings would be too high to jump to with any degree of reliability?

How about on kill,
ammo + dead players time * 2
health + dead players time * 3
Ammo + health are given whether you shot or rammed them off, should encourage people to go for higher timed players too

Burn by our dear old CM707. A fix would work but I would insist on a complete removal, since it's kinda boring. And hella annoying. Anyway, to the point. The "xyz just got burned by Ellie Goulding" has no exceptions. It has no bounds. So single platform or area, just the entire map. And it doesn't discriminate between greens, or yellows, or reds. I got killed at 303 seconds by that shit! Robofly got killed in his late 200s by that! Someone really didn't think through the effects of random explosions.

I'd suggest to add some amounts of -Y to fix this.

Highway To Hell. I love the song, but the map is just confusing. Most players don't understand how the map's "hell" part works. Maybe an explanation in the starting, or a board, or anything that can explain how it works? Guy goes does the ramp, nothing happens. Another guy goes down a few seconds later, blows up. In the bottom compound, you just randomly explode, since I tried and it wasn't related to collisions. Seriously, how does it work? The map other than that is good.

Problem: Z_Falloff needs to be raised because if you fall off the highest point on the map (the crate thingy), by the time you reach sea level, your speed reaches and exceeds 125 MPH, and gives off the warning. Kinda annoying

Next time you do it, can you use /self to get the Z, so I can see if its below a level where I can just lower the Z_FALLOFF?

Map 'simplicity' repairs the players after every 50secs and that too +200 hp each time, hence people can be seen quite frequently with more than 150% health. Being a small map of sumo rings, I guess either health awarded should be reduced or repair interval should be increased a bit. (I prefer the latter though)

The idea with repairs there is because it's still easy to knock people off, so I've always found health there not always a bonus, with how easy it is to be lag slammed off entirely

Set Maximum HP on Simplicity to 1200 so players can't get super high health (r2559). The repairs remain unchanged.
