How speed??? Admin error

You have been reported six times and votekick'd once in two days for different cheats, mostly speed, and you speedrammed (m0d_sa default R key) me while I was chasing after you. Do you have a screenshot of after you were banned?

Yesterday the server recorded you going over the maximum speed for the map, and the speed you were going was higher than any vehicle (136 MPH) and not possible to attain by falling off that map.

You have bad car with low speed and cant me catch. Maybe you bad driver?

On server regularly were cheaters and they hits and push players, maybe its reason. GTA SA have much lags and plaeyers stick

As the ban time has expired, the player is not unbanned, but they will be able to play on the server.
Hence,

Dispute Closed. The user will not be unbanned until the ban expiry date, displayed at the top of the dispute.
