Map Alteration Requests II

The map A51 Tribute by Johnny, there seems to be a cooldown for spawning a barrel. I think it's bugged, since we can only spawn a barrel once and thereafter each time we try to spawn a barrel, we get that message telling us about the special 30 seconds countdown. So unless it was intended to be that way, it needs fixing. If it was intended to be that way, well, then it needs a new message telling us so.

Barrel spawning is part of the core, I can't change that

Aw, my bad. I thought it was unique to your map. I'll post this in the correct section.

P.S: This is the point where I felt like, yeah, I could've moved that post to the relevant section myself. But oh well. We don't get everything.
