Could potentially be your internet not updating its DNS records for sumoserv , or something as simple as your browser just caching jservers domain and not sumoserv's domain, thus confusing the browser in some way (tends to happen a lot)

bans.sumoserv.com was depreciated a long time ago, I don't know why you're even going there, the 'dispute a ban' link doesn't go there anymore anyway on the home page, it goes to sumoserv.com/bans the new place.
