This guy been hacking for like a month and im surprised that he isnt banned yet so here's the prof for it.

Insufficient proof, the suspicious turns is due to a combination of low FPS and High Ping, which is visible when their vehicle blasts, it looks like he blasted few seconds after the actual blast.
