In every game they do nothing but team up, preventing other players from playing quietly (video in the next post).

Thank you for your report, this has been looked at and I can confirm that Abood, and Lucy are definitely breaking the no unfair teaming rule.
Both these players will be given a firm, final warning as this is not the first complaint received about these two.
