Complaint about explorer.exe for multi rules breaking

so basically this guy as i mentioned up there is breaking 4 rules but sadly he wasnt covering himself so well
ill post some screens about the first time this account "pippomazzo999" (his other account under a VPN) was created, and i would like to mention that pippomazzo999 only joins the game when explorer is in which mean they for sure have something connected in between.

now talking about kills farming ill just leave these proofs here to see them, i also would like to ask whoever is gonna handle this report to take a look at the chat logs cuz i might have not collected everything and to see how many times explorer could kill pippomazzo999, while pippomazzo999 has had no kills at all

about wins farming, he also use that account to join and win a game if anyone left him alone in the server, which is not allowed and must report the person who left you before winning in some moments.
i discovered this today by mistake when i had a connection issue which made me timed out, go back in chat logs and you will see him doing the same everytime he is alone in the server

all this and i haven't mention that nobody really like to play with him cuz of the way he makes the game so boring, i saw that in chat logs some days ago, 3 noobies joined the server for the first time and left cuz of him.

just to add on this he recently broke another rule "fair play" by using the cmd /unbug to camp in an unreachable place and thats unfair for others since no one can kill him there

#1 - Regarding pippomazza the admins will be able to confirm that this is not an alternate account simply by comparing IP addresses, also I don't know this guy and have never seen him on the server before.

#2 - I spawned on foot on that building 2 times, and even if I stayed on that building after the /unbug command I couldn't have done anything because there was 1 second left before another player won, as shown in the second screen.

#1 - you used a VPN to hide your ip and ofc the ip's wont match

#2- you could have exit the car to respawn normally somewhere else, or just jumped into the water, if that red guy died i dont think you will just go down to us and fight as you are already known to be a camper when you have the chance to camp
